✅Décor is strictly in-house. Outside decorators will not be permitted. Catering can be arranged externally by guests.
✅The Primary Guest (booking name) is responsible for all guests.
✅Only the number of guests agreed at booking are allowed. Extra guests may attract charges or denial of entry.
✅All staying guests must show valid government-issued ID proof.
✅Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
✅Property is for family gatherings, private events, or corporate retreats — only lawful use permitted.
❌Use of narcotics or illegal substances will be reported to authorities and attract strict legal action.
✅DJ setup and alcohol service are permitted only with prior approval from respective authorities.
✅Swimming pool open 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM only. Swimwear is mandatory.
✅Guests are responsible for damages; repair/replacement charges will apply.
✅Management is not responsible for accidents, acts of God, force majeure events (including floods, storms, or other unforeseeable occurrences), or power cuts.
✅Right of admission reserved — violating rules may result in eviction without refund.
❌Alcohol consumption inside or around the swimming pool is strictly not allowed. Diving or swimming after alcohol consumption is entirely at the guest's own risk. Management holds no liability for any resulting incidents.
